Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once directory data has been accessed. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Database Updates

Our directory is updated weekly as school websites are updated. We pull the latest coaching staff information from official D1 university athletics pages to ensure our data is as current and accurate as possible.

Downloading Data

Premium subscribers can download the full directory using the Download button on the dashboard. This automatically downloads both the Men's and Women's basketball coaching staff information as a single CSV file that can be opened in Excel or any spreadsheet application.

Contacting Coaches

To email a coach, simply click on their email address in the directory. This will open your default email application with the coach's address pre-filled, ready for you to compose your message.
